Healthcare Security Forum: A HIMSS Event

December 7-8, 2020 | Boston, MA

Speaker Proposals

The HIMSS Healthcare Security Forum

Over the past seven years, the HIMSS Healthcare Security Forum has become the go-to conference for healthcare security professionals eager to network with peers, learn from each other, and receive the information they need to better protect PHI and other valuable organizational data assets.

For this year’s forum, speakers interested in submitting a presentation proposal, should be able to expertly address one of two themes:

  • We will continue our focus on the “blocking and tackling” necessary to build and sustain security maturity. This includes best practices for medical device security, 3rd party risk management, identity & access management and other foundational topics.
  • We’ll also look at how security programs must now deliver effective enterprise risk management while also enabling organizational goals – not disrupting them. In this era of digital transformation and growing consumerism, security must link to and support an organization’s vision, and our expert speakers will address this in-depth.

Our goal for this this event is to deliver, over two days, a mix to topics and speakers who can provide the best strategic and tactical information to our audience of 200+ healthcare CISOs and security leaders.

We will review all submissions, and pick the best of the best.

Good luck!
