Chuck McGraw is the Director of Sales and Enablement at Tanium where he is responsible for building an elite team and developing a thriving culture within the business. Senior Chief McGraw enlisted at the age of seventeen in the Unites States Navy in 1996. After graduating boot camp, he transferred into Naval Special Warfare and graduated from Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training as the youngest class member of BUD/S Class 214.
Senior Chief McGraw spent eight years at the Naval Special Warfare Development Group and retired in April of this year. His other operational assignments have included Naval Special Warfare Center Basic Training Command BUD/S, SEAL Team THREE, SEAL Team SEVEN, and Naval Special Warfare Group One Training Detachment. His twenty-year career has included eleven combat deployments, with five to Afghanistan in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and two to Iraq in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM.
Chuck has held the positions of Assault Squadron Operations Chief, Basic Training Command Operations Chief, Master Training Specialist, Senior Program Manager and Assault Team Leader. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics.

In this session, retired Senior Chief Chuck McGraw will discuss his 20-year career as a Navy SEAL and how SEAL methodologies can be applied to building an elite team and managing organizations to achieve better security posture.
